This is the Last Will and Testament of me Thomas Cureton Hatton of Lyttelton in the Dominion of New Zealand.
I hereby revoke all Wills and testamentary instruments heretofore made by me. I appoint Frederick Horace Law of 75 Petrie Street, Richmond, Christchurch to be the Executor of this my Will.
I direct my Executor to pay my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses.
I give and bequeath everything that I possess to my sister, Matilda Muriel Law, wife of Frederick Horace Law.
